Carolina Tiger Rescue, formerly the Carnivore Preservation Trust, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit wildlife sanctuary whose mission is saving and protecting wild cats in captivity and in the wild.

Carolina Tiger Rescue is open to the public for guided tours, by reservation only.

Feeding with a Keeper

Participants learn the types of food that carnivores consume, their dietary needs, and how animal keepers interact with the animals during a feeding. Individuals will work alongside an animal keeper during food preparation and distribution (approximately 2.5 hours), seeing firsthand what it takes to care for exotic carnivores.

Please note: Feeding carnivores is messy, so participants of the "Feeding with a Keeper" experience may be exposed to raw meat, blood, and other unpleasantries. Participants should expect this and dress appropriately.
